Based in Glasgow, Gleniffer Estates was founded in 2002 by current Managing Director, Bryan Wilson. With over 25 years commercial property experience, Bryan was keen to spearhead his own development portfolio focusing on medium to large sized projects.

 

The company is committed to sourcing opportunities that will bring significant asset value, working in partnership with retailers.

 

Projects over recent years have included various roadside developments, retail and leisure schemes.

 

Tesco Express now occupy space in five Gleniffer developments and Waitrose is about to occupy the final phase of the new retail and leisure scheme at Greenlaw Village. This is a new £30m development on a six acre site just off junction 4 on the M77 motorway at Newton Mearns, Glasgow.
