Located in the heart of Newton Mearns, Greenlaw Village is a significant retail development for Glasgow’s south-side. It is situated on Crookfur Road immediately adjacent to junction 4 of the M77.
Phase one comprises an 18,500 sq ft retail parade that was completed in 2010 and has been anchored by Tesco Express. Other tenants include Rowland’s Pharmacy, Abfab Beauticians, Betfred Bookmakers, Barnardo’s, Newton Mearns Fish and Chips, Crazy Wok Chinese and Newton Mearns Dry Cleaners.
The parade has been cleverly designed to feature a public square complete with an alfresco dining area. But centre stage is a spectacular galvanised steel horse’s head designed by sculptor, Andy Scott.
The 4.5 metre figure which weighs about half a tonne, is the latest equine sculpture by the internationally-renowned artist who has created the Heavy Horse on the M8, Arabesque in Queensland, and Chiron and The White Horse in Sydney.

Gleniffer is delighted to advise that it is building Waitrose's first new build store in Scotland. This will also be Waitrose's largest store In Scotland.
Work started in summer 2010 on the 36,200 sq ft store and it will be open in spring 2011.
The store will perfectly compliment the phase 1 retail development completed earlier in 2010.

A new free-standing restaurant and bar grill is also set to be created, complementing the existing facilities at Greenlaw Village. This 4000 sq ft state of the art Indian restaurant and bar will be built late 2010 and will be trading for early 2011.

This is a former agricultural showroom located in Horsemarket, Kelso that was refurbished and extended in 2009 to create retail units and upper floor residential apartments.
The retail units were pre-let to William Hill Organisation and Lloyds Pharmacy. The development was sold privately in 2009.

Located at 455 Paisley Road in Glasgow's Southside, this 1950's brick built building was refurbished in 2010 to form contemporary office space and retail units with dedicated car parking.
