Gleniffer is delighted to announce that it will be developing a new neighbourhood centre located at Greenlaw, Newton Mearns.

The development site extends to 6.14 acres / 2.48 hectares and is situated just off Junction 4 on the M77 motorway at the junction of Crookfur Road and Stewarton Road .
Greenlaw Village Neighbourhood Centre already has outline planning permission for a mixed use development including commercial leisure uses, retail units and a health centre.
The planning application that has now been lodged with East Renfrewshire Council is for a Reserved Matters Approval. This covers matters such as layout, building design, landscaping and levels. The application can be viewed at the planning authority’s offices based at East Renfrewshire Council, Council Offices, Eastwood Park, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock, G46 6UG.
